The TBar is used to divide modules of matting in a walking direction. The aim is to have them divide sections evenly so modules can be easily swapped.

Novaguard TBar accessory is available for 12mm and 17mm matting modules of matting and should be designed by an architect. Normally picking a point on the door mullion. Avoid the line in the middle of the doorway as it is not advisable. Novaguard TBar CAN BE ANODISED to custom colour, although as only 4mm of it is seen the cost may not be justified.

TBars are used to separate sections of matting in the walking direction. Often this is required, so that the matting is not too heavy for cleaners to lift it up and clean.

Some matting such as Novaguard/Nuway have a maximum of 2.4m, and TBars provide an aesthetic edge to matting modules. It is recommended to align TBars with the side of doors or their mullions.
