Novaskirt secure skirting is 1 of a kind and is safer for toddlers , tear resistant – removal resistant insert reduced equipment damage.

Novaproducts developed a secure commercial wall skirting that can handle up to 0.425 KG of pull before starting to come loose.

With traditional skirting, a single lifted corner can cause the whole length of the gasket to come off, and with this in mind, the design of the secure skirting prevents this domino effect from happening, leaving the rest of the gasket intact with less maintenance.

what hieght should skirting be- each council and sate has its own reccomendations  for carpet areas and non medical areas 150mm is good , for hygenic areas 150mm high is a requirement .

what colour should skirtings be- we stock natural clear anodised aluminium and mill finish. mill is for powdercoating or anodising to custom colours. there is no regualtion to our knowledge on skirting colours . some disabled access groups prefer non glossy and a contrast for visually impaird to see.

how do we fix aluminium skirting- generally building adhesive  3 continuous beads and a sealant at the very top to seal to wall .  then use a self drilling screww to screw say every 600 mm to the wall or stud .

will skirting take up the waves in walls. really slow long waves maybe but bad joins or cracks in panels will show a gap and will need to be filled with gap filler.
