Wanneroo Civic Centre
Pindan was awarded the contract for the Wanneroo Civic Centre Extension, which included establishing a two-storey office building, roof terrace and basement. The external designer facade (cladding) was awarded to Novaproducts Global. Novaproducts designed, engineered and installed the ACP Designer Cladding system. The Challenge The Civic Centre extension provided a unique opportunity to create a minimalistic facade that would be aesthetically pleasing and could differentiate the building as a focal point for the local community. The inherent challenge for Novaproducts was to provide a premium solution that not only met these criteria but was cost-effective and long-lasting. Novaproducts Solution With access to in-house engineering and graphic design Novaproducts was able to meet and exceed initial design expectations with a total turn-key solution. Premium printing, High-precision CNC Programming, Cut, Bend & Trim ensured a final product with premium fit and finish. The result … A beautiful landmark the local community could take pride in. Graphic Design + CNC + Printing + Supply Printed Aluminium Composite Panel. The construction costs $17.6 million.

Novaproducts proudly contributed to the Frederick Irwin Anglican School project, providing and installing a range of essential products to enhance accessibility and safety. Our scope of work included the supply and installation of Tactiles, Fastiles, TBar frames, Stair Nosing Ramps, and Modular Handrails.
Novaproducts team were involved in the supply and installation of Tactiles Anchorback Brass studs, Tactiles Anchorback Stainless Steel studs and Alaska insert stair treads in Di Sierra colour. The Alaska stair nosing insert was installed on three different stairs in the hotel area.
