Novaproducts Low Price Guarantee applies only to identical stocked products with identical terms and conditions. If a client finds a lower price elsewhere, Novaproducts will beat it by 5%.  The price comparison is to a competitor’s price (including delivery, taxes, fees & charges) and is valid on the day that the price guarantee is requested.
Bring an email a written quote into our Novaproducts office at the time of purchase. Guarantee may apply to exact brand, colour, product comparisons only.

What items does the 5% reduction apply to?
Our guarantee applies to all identical products and services with identical terms and conditions (including identical warranties) that are:
Stocked at Novaproducts Factory in Canning Vale.
In stock with our competitors in Australia.

Exclusions: stock liquidations and promotions.
