The Impact Bollard is a sprung, bounce-back post. It marks a line and discourages vehicles from crossing it. If it is hit, it takes the energy, returns upright, and the first knock is not automatically a replacement invoice. It is a deterrent and an exclusivity device.

Standard supply is 1300 mm, custom sizes available. Finish: hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated yellow. Surface mount. Tension can be set; the test was done at a specific setup.

A rigid pole that is hit is usually scrap, and it often takes the car and the slab with it. Impact is built so that hit is not the last job on that bay.
